We deliver by the fastest route – usually the same day – by parcel service, freight forwarder or express courier. In case of shortages we deliver partial quantities immediately on request.
Express service
Timed express or courier service with guaranteed delivery on the next working day. Additional costs are limited to the transport costs.
Freight costs
Germany: goods value under €400.00: €9.50, from €400.00 free of freight.
International: unter 3.000,00 € ab Werk (EXW), ab 3.000,00 € frei Haus (CPT).
Returns
Returns only by prior agreement and less a 20 % handling fee (minimum €10.00). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
